These wee muffin tray pies are the right job, extremely handy to make and delicious. You can easily play about with the additional fillings to suit your taste. I went for cheese and caramelised onion chutney in one. Whilst the other was cheese and baked beans. They're a comforting wee handheld lunch but you could use them for any occasion like dinner or a picnic.
