Homemade Marmalade

I’ll always say homemade is better and I doubt many will argue? Paddington had his head screwed on when it came to this stuff. I feel my Nanny has mastered this art and that wee bear would be in dreamworld if he got some. This has been a tradition in our house for as long as I can remember, as soon as the fruit shop has Seville oranges it's go time. It's sweet with that ohhh so delightful citrus bite from the oranges. Spread this over some fresh homemade bread dripping in butter and you'll be like Paddington himself.
