Homemade Lasagne

A good lasagne is the ultimate comfort food and perfect anytime of the year. But a homemade one is the only way. Unfortunately we have steered away from home cooking and I really want to inspire people to get back to it. What we put into out bodies is so important, but beyond that the enjoyment and memories we make in the kitchen are priceless. I would have had a similar lasagne most Saturday nights and its a core memory. It's almost better the next day reheated in the oven and we find it's perfect to batch cook and freeze for a quick midweek dinner
