Lemon and Lime Pound Cake

I’ll always love a lemon drizzle cake, but this wee lemon and lime pound cake might be the new winner. It has that lovely lemon flavour with a hint of lime and then your crisp citrus glaze. It's light, fluffy and very moist according to my chief taste tester Alfie, do I need to say more?

Turn cooking mode on

Step 1

Add your butter, cream cheese and caster sugar into your mixing bowl. Beat this for about 5 minutes until it's light and smooth. Halfway through give the sides of your bowl a good scrape down to ensure it's combined well.
