This cheesecake is perfect for Easter with all the mini eggs floating about, but as long as I have mini eggs I'll be eating it all year round. I'd class this as a fancy cheesecake, as the biscuit base goes up the sides. That description probably shows that I'm far from fancy but you know what I mean. The filling has a lovely custardy flavour, well my tastebuds said that but I could be wrong. Then you have a tasty wee cove full of crushed mini eggs in the centre to enjoy. I'll argue it could be classed as a 10/10 from my Granda's review.
