Buttery Flapjacks

These were one of my main recipes when supplying coffee shops in Galway, so they've a special place in the story so far. They have a delicious sweet and buttery flavour, packed full of juicy fruit and crunchy nuts. They’re perfect for a quick snack on the go or to accompany that coffee for elevenses.
