Curried Sausage Rolls

These yokes were a step up from your standard sausage roll. They're jam packed with plenty of meat like I'd usually have them but the extra additions really set these off. Not only the delicious curried mango flavour but the texture as well. These have given me the idea for many sausage roll variations, as well as changing up lots of recipes. I'll be sure to get a few recipes made and uploaded when I rustle them up.

Step 1

Remove your sausages out of their wee skin suits and add this to a bowl. Get your pan over a medium heat and add a drop of oil. Then add your onion and sautée down for a couple of minutes to soften. It's optional but add your leeks at this point and once softened add your garlic, curry powder and cook off for a few minutes. If the pan dries up on you add another drizzle of oil.
