Mock Cream

Have you ever had mock cream? Well it’s the one you get in cream buns and cakes from a bakery. The only way I can describe this gear is, it's a thicker whipped cream but seat and way smoother. If you've had it before you know all about it. It's unbelievable in cream buns and cakes, particularly the iced fingers from the traditional bakeries here at home. That's another recipe I need to recreate.

Method

Turn cooking mode on

Step 1

Add your water to a saucepan as well as your caster sugar. Dissolve this down and bring it to the boil. When it starts boiling take it off the heat and set aside allowing to cool.
