Savoury Mince Pie

This recipe has always been a staple through the years. If it was a midweek treat or on Saturday night with homemade chips it was always a highlight. It's far from plain let me tell you. It's packed with hearty goodness and flavour, just what you want from a pie. My Mum would also have used puff pastry which I'd argue is almost better, but you can be the judge of that if you try it.
