Biscoff Caramel Squares

My Granda Alfie loves biscoff so this creation was bound to happen. They have a lovely crisp biscoff base, with the classic chewy and thick caramel. Then the addition of biscoff in the thick chocolate top sets them off even more. These have become a regular treat in the house after my Nanny had something similar in a cafe. It shows the endless creations that baking can produce. Just a brief description and an idea turned into something we all loved, believe me there will be plenty more to come!
