Guinness Stew

My Granda is a big fan of a Guinness, so I was always going to create a warming Guinness stew recipe for him. The Guinness doesn't overpower the dish but gives a lovely deep and tasty flavour. It's a proper winter warmer and one of our favourites now. You don't add spuds to this like a traditional stew and it might be the way to go. Don't get me wrong the spuds are number one on the list but you could serve this with any side you'd prefer.
