We all adore the classic that is a sticky toffee pudding but this wee loaf version might be a new favourite for me. I found it to have more of a chew, something I love from a dessert. It's still wonderfully moist, having that date-infused sponge and then paired with a rich, buttery, and warm toffee sauce. It really does create a comforting and luxurious dessert we all love!
