The world is going buck daft for pistachio cream and I couldn't find it for love nor money. So I ended up making my own. It’s surprisingly handy to rustle up and just as tasty. It has the sweet creaminess from the white chocolate and cream, along with the light nutty, buttery flavour from the pistachios.
