Fifteens

It will always blow my mind that people don't know about the humble fifteen. I joke that they're a Northern Irish delicacy but they aren't far off it. They truly are the King of traybakes and that's one thing we do well here, a traybake! I've introduced so many people to these during my rugby career and I haven't met anyone that dislikes them. Other than a few that prefer chocolate to cherries but that's here nor there. They're perfect to get the kids involved but they might just eat it straight from the bowl like myself.

Step 1

Crush your digestives up in a food processor and then add to a large mixing bowl. Cut your marshmallows in 1/2 with some scissors, dipping the scissors in water to help it not stick. Add these to the crushed digestives and mix about so they don't stick to one another. Cut your cherries the same way and add to the bowl, mixing throughout. Pour in your condensed milk and combine with a large spoon.
