The standard soda farl is hard bate, but this was a serious wee twist on the traditional recipe. You'd sometimes get them with bacon and cheese if you're lucky, but the addition of sundried tomatoes almost made it like a wee pizza. The Italians mightn't be happy with me saying that but it works, especially when they're dripping with real butter.
